The right to food is recognized as a basic human right under the universal declaration of human rights (under) the international covenant on economic social and cultural rights and the universal declaration on the eradication of hunger and malnutrition according to the udder everyone is guaranteed the right to food shelter livelihoods and adequate health it means that hunger and homeless is a violation of human right to live with dignity .
it is also the right of every person to have livelihood and qall that is needed to able to meet his /her potential as a human being .

According to the un special reporter on the right to food the right to food means that each parson has the right to live regular permanent and unobstructed access either indirectly or by means of financial purchases to quantitatively adequate and sufficient food corresponding to the cultural traditions of the people to which ensures a physical and mental individual and collective fulfilling and dignified life free from anxiety.
