Final proposal for content Analysis

Introduction of indigenous group :

A n independent group of people with own Landor territory, history, culture, religion, Language and social organization is indigenous. Indigenous have not been given any opportunity in the national development level. According to "Indigenous law 2058 B.s, 059 cast are involved in indigenous group. But before that, "National indigenous development committee 2054" was announced 61 cast in indigenous. In the context of Nepal. Indigenous people are not given any opportunity in the local development level too. Indigenous group have their own  and , history, culture, territory, language social organization and our historical identity but opportunity are not given them to impose to establish themselves in the society .  After the historical peaceful peoples movement 2062/063. Indigenous people are raising their voices to establish their rights in national level through the new constitution . Before 5-6 years, Indigenous issues were not given importance in the print media. But after this historical movement must of the print media have given some place for the indigenous issues and movement. Now  days , Gorkhapatra have been printing news and articles in different indigenous language regularly. And other private media institute also giving priority to indigenous issues and movement  in their propose .

Statement of problem :

Due to different political, social, economical and cultural phenomenon, indigenous  group are back-warded from ancient era. Still now, indigenous people are not successes to reach at the national leadership level. Government is behaving indigenous as second class citizen. Their policyard activities are hat in favour at indigenaus group indigenous have hat gut the fundamental rights mentioned in canstitutional  of 2062-63 bs and entarim constitutional too after the successful landing of the for peoples peaceful movement 2062-63bs indigenous groups raising their voices to establish mode by constitutional assembly they are trying to establish their fundamental rights in new constitution to establish then in the national leadership level still new look of their participation in the national level is a great parables .

Objectives of the study :

Main goal of this study is to establish participation and fundamental rights of the indigenous group in the new constitution as national level through the help of print media to printing their issues in favour of them basically emphasis to print indigenous issues movement and affairs through print media to establish indigenous participation in national level is the main goal of this study.

Importance of the study:

This study takes a great significance in term of indigenous issues and movement to establish their identity to the society nation it also takes importance to identity the issues and problem and to save them in their favour similarly this study helps other research for their further research in term of indigenous issues problem and affairs

Literature review:

Before this study there are some other comprehensive reports and research reports about indigenous issues most of the reports are related with un declaration and International Labor Organization (ILO) article no 169 adapted by Nepal all of these study plays some importance rile to raise enhance indigenous issues nationally even these studies are not successed to raise and establish indigenous issues as desired hoped level

Hypothesis :

-This study helps indigenous issues to get important place in the print media

- this study helps to find out identify the indigenous helps to find out identity the indenter

- Nous issues and problem.

- And this study also emphasis to enhance the indedigenous issues and problem towards government level and other its related area.     

Methodology :

 Content analysis theory is used to prepare this  proposal and library theory is also used/involved in this study.

Limitation of the study :

Specially, this study related to the indigenous issues in Nepalese print media. Study takes place between spate ……………………….. till

The kathmandu post, The Himalayn times, Republika, and The rising Nepal are used in this srudy.
